You receive the documentation of your scenarios and an onboarding session with your team (15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the plan).

We then stay by your side during the follow-up included in your plan: 1 month for AI Pulse, 2 months for AI Boost. After that, FLOW maintenance takes over if you wish.

What can actually be automated?

We design a tailor-made solution after a short audit: scope, scenarios and AI defined with you, then a dedicated quote at €110/h or a fixed price depending on the project.

It is the right option for an unusual process, high volumes or a specific business integration.

How does payment work?

The setup is paid in two instalments: a 30% deposit when you order, the balance on delivery.

Maintenance, if you choose it, is a monthly subscription with no commitment.

What happens after the setup?

You receive the documentation of your scenarios and an onboarding session with your team (15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the plan).

What if the project goes beyond the chosen plan?

The included hours cover the plan's scope. If a new need comes up along the way, we tell you before starting and you choose: an amendment, the next plan up or a tailor-made solution.

Is maintenance mandatory?

No, it is optional and comes with no commitment. Your automations belong to you and run without us.

It becomes useful as soon as your business relies on them: a tool that changes, a connection that expires, a volume that grows.

What does maintenance include?

With FLOW Pulse and FLOW Boost, we monitor your scenarios and step in as soon as an error appears. One or two adjustments are included every month: a field to add, a message to reword, a rule to change.
